Abstract

The aim of this paper is to show some of the most relevant implications of the introduction in Spain of jury trials for the professional practice: in the courtroom of lawyers and psychologists. Special attention is paid to persuasive communication and the role of psychologists as expert-witnesses when eyewitness testimony is being considered.
