Abstract

This piece of work seeks to observe the intra-method efficiency of training in communicative skills, depending on the participants. For this purpose, 131 pre- professionals participated in a training programme on communicative skills, consisting of 10 sessions, where different skills were worked on. The participants valued each of the sessions once they were finished and the general training at the end of it. The aspects they valued were related to the training method's variables that favour its effectiveness. The results show that the training programme has the intra-method effectiveness, because its organisation and structure, the exemplification of situations adapted to the attendants' professions and feedback offered are valued. Finally, the data invite to deepen in the improvement of some aspects such as the adequate use of simulated situations or the viewing of the video recording
