1st National Congress on the Teaching of Psychology

Abstract

Organised by the Faculty of Psychology of the Universitat de Valencia, and with the collaboration of the Conference of Deans of Psychology Faculties, the Official College of Psychologists, and the Spanish Federation of Psychological Associations, the first national congress specifically dedicated to training in Psychology was held from 24 to 27 February. Following the consolidation of most Spanish Faculties of Psychology and the profession’s wide dissemination and presence in society, a specific forum for discussion, which until then did not exist in the field of psychology education, was necessary.
