Abstract

Organizational climate and job satisfaction are two concepts of great importance in the work setting, given they have been related to organizational efficiency. This work seeks to calculate the effect size of the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction and to identify the factors of both concepts more studied in the last decade. The applied method has been a meta-analysis and a systematic review of the recent literature. In a sample of 19 primary works, conducted from 2010 to 2020, the results show a moderate to high correlation (0.65). The multidimensionality of both constructs is confirmed, and information is provided on these factors.
