Valuation of a Family Court

This study seeks to analyse user perception of a Family Court in Málaga. In order to achieve this aim, the SERVQUAL scale, developed to evaluate service provision, has been adapted. The influence of four variables on valuation are analysed: previous experience with the court, satisfaction with the experience, obtaining of a previous court decision and satisfaction with it. The results show being satisfied by a previous experience and a previous court decision lead to a better valuation of the court. Finally, the research points the adequacy of the SERVQUAL scale when adapted to this field.
