Diseño, implementación y evaluación de un programa psicológico para la mejora de la experiencia musical y escénica

Resumen

La práctica musical, equiparada a menudo al deporte de élite, conlleva elevados desafíos físicos y psicológicos. La interpretación musical involucra intensas emociones, desde el disfrute o el flow hasta la frustración y el miedo. El control mental y la salud psicológica son cruciales para mantener el bienestar y el éxito en contextos de alto rendimiento, como el artístico musical. La psicología positiva y la psicología del rendimiento deportivo han contribuido en las últimas décadas a la creación de programas de entrenamiento psicológico para músicos. Este estudio investiga si un programa de intervención psicológica diseñado ad hoc mejora el bienestar subjetivo en contextos de formación musical. Para ello, se diseñó un cuestionario y un programa de intervención psicológica para la mejora de la experiencia escénica musical. Hipotetizamos que el grupo experimental (GE) mostrará mejoras significativas en diversas variables comparado con el grupo control (GC). Participaron 70 personas, asignadas al grupo experimental (n=34) y grupo control (n=36). Se utilizó un diseño cuasi-experimental. Se aplicaron diversos instrumentos de medida para evaluar variables como autoestima, la ansiedad y la motivación. Nuestros resultados indican diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre los grupos, y en el GE, en las comparaciones pre y post intervención.
