In this article we present our program, clinic results and patient satisfaction data from our meditation group developed in a Mental Health Unit. The program is original as a result of the professional and personal experience of the authors. This program was planned to the patients attended on our Mental Health Unit suffering from depressive and anxious symptoms. In spite of its short duration, clinic results in depression as well as in anxiety have been statistically significant and better than control group. Satisfaction data are good as well as the audience report that have improved different personal aspects (self confidence, improvement hope, coping, better understanding of the origin of their problems). Results encourage us to expand meditation use in our daily practice.
