Abstract

As is customary each year, the Congress of the Spanish Society of Comparative Psychology (Sociedad Española de Psicología Comparada, SEPC) was held last September, this time in its twelfth edition. Once again, an Andalusian city, Granada on this occasion, hosted the event. This meeting brings together a significant number of researchers specialised in the field of animal and human learning. Each year, the scientific content of the congress tends to become richer and more diverse, covering areas such as psychobiology, psychopharmacology and the neural bases of behaviour, associative and causal learning phenomena, instrumental learning, concept formation and symbolic behaviour, as well as complex cognitive processes.
