Currently, the two most important international meetings for behaviourist psychologists (in all their variations) are the ABA Annual Convention (Association for Behavior Analysis) and the International Congress on Behaviourism and the Behavioural Sciences, held biennially since 1992. The Convention has been running for over two decades and its most recent edition took place in Orlando, United States, in May 1998. Unlike the Convention, the Congress has always been held outside North America, and its fourth edition was held in Seville from 18 to 21 November 1998, organised by the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Seville.
