Disability censuses as a basis for educational and care planning

.Abstract
The need for planning in special education has led us to design a census model capable of describing the situation and needs of different populations. The model we present was applied to individuals with cerebral palsy in the province of Cádiz, although its advantages can be extended to other populations and geographical contexts.
