Abstract

The presentation was based on various works by members of the Technical Committee. A summary of its most significant aspects is provided here.

It opens with a reference to the new concept of health advocated by the World Health Organization (WHO) and promoted by international bodies that highlight the most important advances being made in this field in developed countries.
