It details the most common syndromes, as well as the characteristics of some controversial syndromes in the literature such as asthenia. This is a pioneering work in this area in Spanish and provides an overview of this new and important field of research in clinical and experimental psychology to the advancement of the space science. Finally we refer to the implications for mental health and the future long-duration space missions like a mission to Mars.
