Abstract

In several Spanish cities, Family Courts exclusively handle Family Law matters. Given the limited experience in addressing issues arising from separation and divorce, this paper seeks to encourage professionals to explore alternatives to adversarial procedures. It is an area of work for psychologists where much remains to be developed in Spain.
