Abstract

The suicide problem is, without a doubt, one of the most difficult faced by the mental health professional. Help people in suicide risk walking often groped devoid of a unified therapeutic system that serves to alleviate the suffering
and prevent suicidal behaviour. This article presents three approaches to psychological support for people in suicidal crisis. They are as follows: existential therapy and cognitive therapy. In conclusion, these two approaches to help, alone or in combination, may be useful in the public services in the care and prevention of suicide behavior.
