Control of attention in the conditions of competition with young athletes

In this article, we will work a sample of young athletes used, based on real cases, for performance improvement within the field of applied sport psychology. The aim of the work will improve attention and concentration of athletes in competition, based on very specific targeted interventions, with the objective of enhancing competition in certain specific situations in a very short time Based on the theories and techniques of intervention in attention, reflected in several examples, such as adapting them to real situations of competition and how to solve different problems, taking into account specific needs of each competitive situation. Indeed, the young age of the athletes, in many cases, making it necessary measures “very targeted” the kind that show below.
