Fallo humano: la quiebra de un paradigma

Abstract

This article presents a vision of the human error and the accidents across a tour for the perspectives of existing analyses. These approaches on the human mistake have been come developing by means of a constant search of relevant factors for the description and explanation of the accidents, in the above mentioned search there has been extended the area of the Human Factor up to reaching to the system of which it forms a part as generator of the dysfunctions. It is for it that the own notion of human mistake is questioned today for coming from an individualistic conceptualization of the complex processes of production. Nowadays have entered in the scene concepts related to the notion of “situated activity” and “socially distributed knowledge” for a correct explanation.
