Family Therapy and children: Reflections from a Childhood Mental Health Unit in Andalusia Healthcare Public Net

Abstract

The present study is an invitation to think over the way have been making use Family Therapy in relationship with childhood. It´s developed in a Children Mental Unit, although it´s applicable to whatever intervention context. First step is to considerer the children rights in generally speating and into psicotherapy particularlly. It will be analyzed those rights in order to how are limited to the childhood social image. Finally, a sort of changes are challenged to improve efficiency of this technique wich clearly has shown its effectiveness along years.
