Volunteers, former volunteers and future volunteers: a descriptive study of their profiles and participatory habits

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a study carried out with Second and Fifht Year students of the Faculty of Psychology at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. The sample was composed of three subgroups: present volunteers, ex-volunteers and non-volunteers (present or past) that did, however, express an intention to become so in the future. The profiles obtained are firstly described, followed by significant differences among subsamples.
