Experimental development of an exercise programme for older people: An experimental case study

An aerobic exercise programme was applied to a 63 year-old male, resident in a mental care facility for 32 years and with sedentary life styles. Results indicated positive changes in the main variables (weight, diastolic blood pressure, coordination, flexibility, force-resistance and resistance) and an increase in physical fitness.
