Abstract

From March 23 to 28, 1992, a course on the psychologist as expert witness in family law proceedings was held in Cádiz, organised by the Western Andalusian delegation of the C.O.P. (Official Association of Psychologists), Cádiz branch, in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Regional Government of Andalusia, whose Provincial Delegate inaugurated the course.

Its objectives were to provide participants with knowledge of basic legal concepts, as well as training in the psychologist’s own methodology, both necessary to conduct expert interventions in Family and First Instance Courts.
