Abstract

As a tribute to Skinner on the occasion of his death, we are presenting the main ideas related to the experimental synthesis of behaviour which, as its name indicates, comes from the experimental analysis developed by Skinner. It is a question of a paradigm whose aim is to unify psychology as a scientific discipline. We would not have been able to postulate on experimental synthesis had it not been for the ideas of Skinner. Undoubtedly the best tribute that we can pay to a pioneer of Skinner's stature is to continue working along the lines that he marked out.
