The psychosocial dimension of insanity and the institutional, social and technical conditions necessary in the treatment of psychosis are the object of reflection in this paper within the context of social psychology and operative group theory. To facilitate this we will concern ourselves with the work which has been carried out for the last six years in the Day Hospital in Granada.
