La violencia laboral de tipo II desde una perspectiva psicológica

En este artículo, se presenta el fenómeno social de la violencia laboral. Conocer su significado, las teorías explicativas, su taxonomía y sus consecuencias posibilitan visualizar una realidad existente en nuestra sociedad. Este artículo se centra en el tipo II y cómo desde la psicología pueden diseñarse acciones para prevenir, gestionar y erradicar el fenómeno.
