Dilemas y retos en la enseñanza de la psicología de la intervención social y comunitaria

La enseñanza de la psicología de la intervención social y comunitaria se ha centrado en introducir a los estudiantes el enfoque comunitario de intervención. Sin embargo, los futuros profesionales de la psicología necesitan también adquirir competencias específicas para implementar prácticas basadas en la evidencia, junto con un conocimiento sustantivo sobre los contextos comunitarios. En este artículo revisamos los dilemas y retos de la enseñanza de la psicología comunitaria. Este es un ámbito que se centra en el nivel meso-social de análisis, en el que es necesario prevenir el reduccionismo psicológico de la vida en comunidad y que conlleva asumir la tensión dialéctica entre cohesión comunitaria y diversidad. Por lo que respecta al estudio del sentido psicológico de comunidad, subrayamos la necesidad de adoptar un enfoque interactivo centrado en la dimensión colectiva del concepto. Por lo que respecta a las estrategias de investigación-acción, recordamos que la sistematización de la práctica es un componente central en la propuesta original de Kurt Lewin.
