Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain information about health related behaviours and emotions (smoking habits, use of alcohol, physical activity, drug abuse, Type A behaviour pattern, anger and depression) in a group of Spanish youths doing their military service.

Information about the prevalence of these behaviours and motives for maintaining or changing them could orientate the design of preventive health programmes.
