Responsible dimensions of neighbour evaluation

Abstract

The environmental characteristics that have been associated with the valuation of urban neighborhood are diverse, coexisting studies that aisle specific elements from each context from those studies that nave concerned in dimensions that agglutinate elements ef evaluation not depending on the particular context. The aim of this study is to determinate responsible dimensions of valuation of urban neighborhood by means of Multidimensional scaling and its latter interpretation with helping of multiple regression analysis. Finally an integrate schema from obtained outcomes is offered in this and other investigations and its relation to residential satisfaction is suggested.
